Refund and Returns Policy

At Exit 7, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right-quickly and fairly.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Timeframe :  You can request a return or refund within 4 days of receiving your order.

• How to start:

  1. Email us at support@exit7bd.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return label (if eligible).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure:

• Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items must be in the same condition you received them.

• Returns must include all accessories, manuals, or free gifts received with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Discounted or final sale items

• Perishable goods (e.g., snacks, drinks)

• Gift cards or downloadable products

• Items damaged through misuse or not in original condition

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or replacement, please mention this in your return request.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as the return is processed.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover return shipping.

• For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
